Duration Of Contract

The minimum rental period is 1 calander month. Rental packages can be arranged for longer periods of, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. The payment method will be via paypal for secure and safe transactions. When your server has been paid in full, we are obliged to fulfil your order within 24 hours. Your rental period will not start until the day we give you access to your server, this can be anything from same day to 24 hours from submitting of your order.

Completion of an order with XeonPlay will follow with an automated welcome e-mail with vital and helpful links. You can follow the progress of your order by ticketing to support. Completion of a client request order, on a server or servers or dedication will result in a final step of confirmation e-mail with all the necassery details of access to your private area.

XeonPlay will provide all necassery files, server files, addons, modules, for Server rental, and clan package rentals. Any additional requests would have to be volunterally requested via support ticket by the client.

Quality Of service

XeonPlay services are regularly maintained, tested, re tested to ensure web viewers and customers have less problems when communicating with XeonPlay. The hardware is stress tested before we officially put it to use for customers to access. XeonPlay are fully web based via gamepanel, voice servers, billing, support, and regularly update all mods addons that we support through the game panel.

Unacceptable Usage Policy

The server may not be used for commercial purposes, or in a way to reflect a commercial organisation.
The server may not be named offensively, or any offensive player names be allowed to join your server as this reflects badley on our company and we do not condone the use of racist names nor remarks of any kind. Clans are allowed to alter the maxrate settings to there chosen rate as long as they are suitiable to that game

The gaming server is for the sole purpose of hosting a game process. You may not use it to host files,downloads or the like, this includes the uploading of any files, images or software that is not directly associated with the running of the game process. Any such abuse of the server will result in the service being suspended and the forfeiture of any outstanding rental payments. ( ie you will loose any payments already made)

Servers must conform to XeonPlay.com unless the debranding option has been purchased. Therefore, your server will be called "yourclanname - XeonPlay.com if you have paid for
the debranding it will be called whatever name your clan is.

If you rent a server as Branded, and we find out that you have removed the XeonPlay.com brand from your server name we reserve the right to take down your server without any notice. If you would like XeonPlay.com to be removed from your server then contact a staff member via support/contact page or rent the server as debranded.

Do not rent one of our servers out to make a profit for yourself (ie subletting your server). doing this will result in the suspention of your server and forfeiture of any outstanding rental payments. You must not increase the player limits on your server, this includes spectators without prior permission from XeonPlay.com a charge of the difference will be made if this is done. In the context of this document 'server' means single game process.

Downtime and other server issues.

We will do our best to minimize these occurances, but the user must accept that they will have no claim to any refunds for loss of service. Where possible we will notify the customer of any issues arising, and notify them once the situation is resolved. From there we will be choose given the problem to be discretionary were by in retun we will provide the time back in return for downtime.

Setup Times.

Setup times, are as shown in each catergory, standalone servers at 24 hours maximum, clan packages depending on size 24 hours to 3 days, Should we not be able to fulfill the order due to overflow or space, we will fully refund after 5 working days of the order pending. Once a server has been bought, we cannot offer refunds! This is why we have test servers already setup so you can see what our servers are like.

Disclaimer of Warranty.

XeonPlay disclaims all warranties or representations, express or implied, oral or written, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement. XeonPlay does not warrant that its services are error-free or that they will operate without interruption nor does XeonPlay make any warranty with respect to the quality, reliability, timeliness or security of its services

All information given to us is confidential and will remain so even after services have been cancelled.
